Community Word Project

Lifetime Arts & Elders Share the Arts Offer a Creative Aging Elective

Community-Word Project’s Teaching Artist Training and Internship Program (TATIP) helps professional artists develop the skills and experience they need to work hand-in-hand with classroom teachers.  For the first time ever – in partnership with Lifetime Arts, Inc. and Elders Share the Arts, Community-Word Project will host a two-day (10am-4pm) intensive training for selected artists who are interested in working with older adults in NYC.

  1. I really enjoyed the linoleum block design workshop that was offered at the Ossining Public Library this past winter/spring. The instructor was very thorough, encouraging and supportive of all students. She did an excellent job teaching us how to do block design. Thank you.
